We hope you love your new TRYNA sneaker slippers. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return them within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN PERIOD:
You have a 14-day window to return your purchase, starting from the day you receive your package. Please ensure the return shipment is sent back within these 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE:
- Sale Items: For items on sale, TRYNA does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another product or redeemed for store credit.
- 1+1 Deals: Both items in a 1+1 deal must be returned together. Refunds or store credit are not available if only one item is returned. However, you may exchange one of the items for a different size or color of the same product.
RETURN COSTS:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, depending on your courier and location.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
Once you register your return, we’ll get to work on it right away to ensure your exchange is processed within a few days. After receiving your return at our warehouse, we’ll process it within 10 working days. You can track your package via the tracking number provided. After processing, please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.

What if my exchange product is no longer available?
Contact our customer service team for assistance. We’ll provide an update on availability or work with you to find a solution if the product is sold out.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you can’t find it, our customer service team is here to help.
What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, please email us at info@tryna.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service team will quickly work with you to resolve it.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Please ensure your return is made within the 14-day window. If this isn’t possible, you may exchange the product for a replacement or a voucher. Contact our support team to discuss your options.
